What you'll learn in this notary training:
This training will teach supervisors to properly oversee Notary staff.
Do you supervise Notary employees but are unsure how to competently manage their duties to ensure they follow the law, execute their responsibilities correctly and professionally, and minimize employer risk?
We teach you to properly manage Notary staff, providing your organization with the tools necessary to ensure notarizations are executed according to state laws, which ultimately helps minimize your company's risk.
Take all phone numbers/email confirmations with you. If you are unfamiliar with the training location/site, it is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the area and find directions to the site.

- We offer informative instruction in a small group setting to enable personalized attention to each participant.
- The course reviews the Illinois Notary Public policy and procedures for proper notarizations, including a review of the guidelines as determined by the Vancura v Katris ruling.
- Interactive participation includes ways to assist in troubleshooting common issues faced by Notaries, and ways to support your staff to ensure compliance with state laws, notary rules, and best practices.
- Seminar leaders are well versed and experienced with Illinois Notary Public responsibilities and management of notary employees.
