ACLS HeartCode delivers content through eSimulation technology where students interact with patient scenarios, assessing and treating patients in virtual healthcare settings. Students must also pass the online exam with a score of 84% or higher (Part 2 = 1 hour) Following Part 1, students are required to attend a live, hands-on, in person skills practice and testing conducted by an American Heart Association instructor.
Upon successful completion of Parts 1 & 2, students receive an AHA ACLS Healthcare Provider card. This blended format results in the identical certification as if a student attended the ACLS instructor-led class. Students can expect to receive an email with a link to claim their eCard (within 5 business days of the scheduled class)
