What you'll learn in this digital marketing course:

The well-being of our employees, students, clients, instructors, and guests is our number one priority here at General Assembly. We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation very carefully and are adjusting delivery of our programs.

Due to the current health concerns, all GA short-form events, workshops & bootcamps will temporarily be held online - including this one.

Registered students will be notified 24 hours in advance of this program with information on how to log in to the Zoom Meeting Room and other tools you’ll need for the session. Registration for this class will close 2 hours prior to the session start in order to allow all students ample opportunity to have the technology enabled.

The digital landscape is moving at lightning speed. Every industry has been affected by the advances in digital—from retail to brands and agencies. Has your manager recently assigned a digital marketing role to you? Are you a project or account manager at a creative agency? Do you work for a small company or a start-up, and handle all things digital on your own? Then this bootcamp may be just what you need! Specifically created for participants and professionals interested in gaining a deeper understanding of everything digital marketing can encompass.


This activity-driven class will equip you with tips and strategies on how to devise your brand and marketing strategy, what digital channels are available to you and how to use them, and how to track and analyze all of your marketing efforts with data-driven decisions.

This bootcamp is a concise overview of digital marketing that will get your marketing into shape. You'll learn new ways to promote your business and connect with customers using your website and digital channels.


In addition to a survey of key digital marketing concepts, the class covers how to build a digital marketing plan. You’ll learn how to execute this plan using many of the essential and cutting-edge digital advertising platforms, tools and analytics systems that entrepreneurs and digital marketers implement to help launch their online businesses, gain brand awareness, maximize customer engagement, generate online and offline conversions, and acquire customers.

  • Ad platforms: If you already have Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and/or LinkedIn Campaign Manager set up for your business, please be sure to bring your logins. If not, we will set you up during class.
  • Questions: This workshop is tailored to meet the needs of each participant, so come ready with your burning digital marketing questions.
  • This course will occur completely online using Zoom and Slack.
  • Course set up information will be emailed to all students signed up around 24 hours before (and again an hour before) your course launches.

School Notes:
For students enrolling in 12 week part time and immersive classes, it is not recommended that you book more than one class simultaneously.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

    I already wrote on the survey that to my humble opinion the trainer was not fully prepared. She didn’t know the slides, the slides had mistakes, not very professional. I don’t think she doesn’t know the subject but maybe she has to work on her presentation skills or prepare the day in advance. The subject itself it’s too big to be given in a training in only one day. There was no booklet so we had to take notes, something other workshops prepare for us in advance. The location was excellent but we had no information about the code we had to enter at the entrance in order to enter the building. From that point of you again not very organized.
