What you'll learn in this unique class:
Food is more than just calories and nutrients when you infuse it with energy and love. Culinary Reiki integrates mindfulness, spirituality, positive energy, and intuitive eating into your food choices and practices.
Add the ingredients of intention and positive energy to your food.
These practices are a way to heal your relationship with food and support overall health by enhancing it with positive energy. Find out how to boost the energy of food to its original vibration to maximize nutrition. Increase the amount of energy available for you to extract and use.
Gain an understanding the basic concept of culinary Reiki and the importance of the alignment between your food and spiritual body. Gain exposure to basic techniques during a cooking demonstration. Appreciate how cooking can be a sacred and synergistic experience. Discover how culinary Reiki makes food taste better and is, in fact, healthier for you.
This course is available live and on Zoom. You will be emailed a Zoom link closer to the time of the class. The course will be recorded and you will receive a link to watch it
Refund Policy
Classes are non-transferable. Any refund request must be made within 15 business days of the first class of a course. A 5% processing fee will be applied towards refund requests.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
