WILD Mother*-Daughter Circles

Cultivate a shared experience between mother (female caregiver) and daughter to nurture bonding & connection while deepening your relationship. The WILD Mother*-Daughter circles follow a similar monthly theme as the WILD Woman Project Circles but are shortened and adapted to include our daughters. Plan on experiencing meditation, intention setting, ritual, and ceremony, plus some movement-based mindfulness activities.

Circles are not associated with a singular path or religion, but rather, an inclusive coming together with women from all paths. We all come from different spiritual/cultural backgrounds and gather around the ideas of Sisterhood (having each others backs, empowering one another), a respect for the earth (wildness, turning to nature as a teacher) & co-creation (the understanding that just as we co-create our experience in circle, so do we co-create life on earth).

Recommended daughter ages are 8 years old and up. Open to 6 mother/daughter pairs.

Please bring the following items if you have them available:  

• Journal and writing utensil
• Yoga mat
• A pillow or cushion to sit comfortably on the floor for meditation
• Inside shoes or slippers. 
• You may also bring an item for the altar.

Circles will meet in accord with the new moon, as this is traditionally a time for going inward and self-reflection. Each new moon circle is inspired by a unique theme.
