What you'll learn in this kids life skills class:
Parents are encouraged to stay during class. There are thousands of studies showing the positive impact of meditation and mindfulness on our health and well-being, and these great benefits aren’t just for adults! Meditation helps kids learn how to focus their attention/ concentration and reduce stress. Our classes include instruction in relaxation, calming breath techniques, and focused stillness using simple and fun hands-on activities. Art activities are incorporated into each class. Every child will receive a drawing tablet for class use. Children under 8 yrs. must have an adult in attendance. Please bring a pillow and blanket to the first
