Campers work together on a variety of fun projects and participate in the joys of making art with friends, experimenting with painting, drawing, mixed-media, sculpture, printmaking, and much more! Projects are designed to enhance both personal expression and collaborative abilities while introducing students to contemporary and historical art.
The Virtual Museum Explorers camp will feature exciting virtual tours of the Art Institute of Chicago, as well as other museums around the world. Campers will take advantage of new online museum resources to inspire an array of vibrant art-history based creative projects.
*This online camp is designed for campers to participate in projects independently. There will be no outside assistance from an adult required during camp hours aside from general supervision and occasional support with materials.
