What you'll learn in this meditation class:

Experience a gong sound healing that also helps your brain reach deep relaxation. Specifically, enter into the delta and theta brain wave states which are the slowest brain waves in humans. This enables you to enter into a meditative state of deep relaxation.

The sound frequencies surpass the intellectual part of the brain and travel to the core of your cellular system where healing qualities are fullyabsorbed.

Experience the healing properties of sacred instruments to release energetic blockages and enter a state of ease and harmony in the body.

Lie back and allow the precise frequencies of the singing bowls and gongs to interact with your body on a cellular level.

Please bring something to lie on and a pillow. If you wish to sit, there are chairs, backjacks, and floor cushions available to use.

Masks are not required at this time.

Refund Policy

Classes are non-transferable. Any refund request must be made within 15 business days of the first class of a course. A 5% processing fee will be applied towards refund requests.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
