With our busy, ever changing world filled with high-speed technology and stress, focusing on self-care is more important than ever. Meditation is a tool that has been used for thousands of years to calm the mind, reduce stress and provide more focus, awareness and clarity in life.

Join General Assembly Chicago and learn some basics of meditation that can be easily implemented in your day-to-day routine with Karianne Wardell. Take a break after your workday grind, and spend 30 minutes on breath, body and mind. Head home with an open mind, clear head and totally zenned-out sense of self. You will leave feeling reconnected and recharged, ready to take on your evening activities.
