Breath work, & Meditation. Learn how to focus on the inner peace & clarity within you. Practice mindfulness by observing & deepening your breath, quieting the mind, setting clear intentions, and expanding your awareness . Guided meditation featuring progressive relaxation techniques , yoga nidra, and chakra meditations. Improve your concentration & decrease your stress levels.
All levels welcome.
Please arrive 10 minutes before class time to register. Mats and equipment are provided for. You may bring your own mat if you have one to use.

Take your fitness to the water with Aqua Fit! This low-impact class is designed to improve joint stability, coordination, heart health, and strength. The class will incorporate cardio and strength, using water dumbbells and flotation belts.
Thursday Jul 14th, 12pm - 1pm Central Time(6 sessions)
Find a comfortable seat or lie down, close your eyes, and allow the singing bowls to interact with you to relax, rejuvenate, and release stress. No special skills, abilities, or beliefs are required. Bring a yoga mat if you want to lie down.
