In case of any master class cancellation from our side, we will issue a full refund or reschedule your master class onto a different time and date convenient for you.
In case of a customer-initiated cancellation, we are ready to reschedule your master class to any available and convenient date and time for you or provide a full refund if the cancellation occurs no less than 24 hours before the start. In case of a last-minute cancellation less than 24 hours before the start of your scheduled masterclass, no refund or rescheduling of your masterclass is provided, even in case of a no-show or sickness.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled master class, Shot of Art reserves the right to cancel your Art Experience and retain 100% of the payment made by you. Each master class is individual and can be held only within the booked time frame to keep the order of other scheduled master classes.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
