What you'll learn in this mixology class:

We have elevated the happy hour experience here at The Chopping Block! Join us as we taste two creative and seasonal cocktails prepared by mixologist Christophe Bakunas. This interactive tasting includes a mini cocktail lesson where you’ll learn about how to build a cocktail, flavor combinations and essential bar tools to better further your cocktail knowledge. This is a great way to get your evening started, especially if you roll right into one of our evening classes (signup required).

Snacks will be provided, and all bottles of spirits purchased during our tasting will be 10% off.

Cocktails we’re tasting this evening include:

Whiskey Sour
The Alaskan (Gin, Chartreuse, Orange Bitters)

You must be 21 or over to attend. Please present valid ID at the time of check-in.

Refund Policy

All classes have a 4 business days cancellation policy, except Culinary Boot Camps which have a 16 business days cancellation policy.

You must email us at [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation, but please note the 15% service fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you cancel within 4 business days, you will not receive a refund or credit for your class, but feel free to send a guest in your place. Our credit card refund policy is 90 days. If your purchase was made prior to that, you will receive an account credit, not a refund to your credit card.

Please note:

All virtual class sales are final.
All virtual students will receive a recording of the class within 48 hours of the class.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
