It may be winter here in Chicago, but hearty vegetables are still abound. It’s a wonderful time of the year to get a little creative in your kitchen! During this demonstration cooking class, we will be focusing on a cold weather vegetarian dish while maintaining the tradition of Italian cuisine.
Our chef of La Scuola will demonstrate and serve one vegetarian dish, paired with complimentary Italian wine, perfect for you to replicate at home to share with your friends and family.

If anyone under the age of 21 attends, we serve artisanal Italian sodas in lieu of wine or beer. Please notify us in advance for any dietary restrictions. If we are not notified ahead of time of any special needs, we may not be able to accommodate them. All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government - issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
