Spanish Tapas and Paella: A Flavorful Four-Course Experience
Immerse yourself in the rich flavors of Spanish cuisine by preparing a gourmet four-course meal centered around classic tapas and paella.
This hands-on class introduces essential knife skills and traditional cooking techniques as you create a selection of vibrant dishes. Start with a sweet and savory combination of ripe cantaloupe wrapped in Jamón. Then, prepare pan con tomate by layering fresh tomato, garlic, and olive oil on rustic bread, finished with a rotating selection of cheese. For the main course, cook a saffron-infused paella featuring chicken, shrimp, peppers, and peas—a dish meant to be shared and savored together.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
