What you'll learn in this seafood class:
The weather gets warmer, the strappy sandals skip to the front of the closet, and we start to crave lobster rolls. Lucky for us, delicate, green, spring flavors pair swimmingly with seafood!
This light, quick, fresh menu features ocean dwelling favorites like shrimp, scallops, salmon and more. No trip to the beach required.

- Jalapeño Mango Scallop Ceviche
- Ciabatta Bread Salad with Grilled Shrimp, Peaches and Creamy Avocado Dressing
- Pan-Seared Salmon with Blueberry Chile Sauce
