What you'll learn in this mediterranean cooking class:
Celebrate Valentine's Day with an elegant, Moroccan-inspired multi-course meal prepared by our chef instructor in this demonstration class. Very generous tasting portions of each dish will be served.
Menu:
- Mixed Green Salad with Chickpeas, Almonds and Feta Vinaigrette
- Sautéed Scallops with Golden Beets, Oranges, Pine Nuts and Harissa Aioli
- Roasted Rack of Lamb with Pomegranate-Fennel Glaze
- Saffron Rice with Fresh Herbs
- Citrus-Almond Cake with Vanilla Whipped Cream

- Getting familiar with Moroccan and Mediterranean ingredients and flavors
- Making vinaigrette
- Balancing flavors
- Selecting and searing shellfish
- Determining shellfish doneness
- Selecting and roasting lamb
- Determining lamb doneness

- Working with fennel and pomegranates
- Working with fresh herbs and spices
- Steaming rice
- Whipping cream
Due to 2-hour indoor dining COVID-19 restrictions, we will prepare the dessert ahead of time for your enjoyment during class.

Refund Policy
All classes have a 4 business days cancellation policy, except Culinary Boot Camps which have a 16 business days cancellation policy.
You must email us at [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation, but please note the 15% service fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cancel within 4 business days, you will not receive a refund or credit for your class, but feel free to send a guest in your place. Our credit card refund policy is 90 days. If your purchase was made prior to that, you will receive an account credit, not a refund to your credit card.
Please note:
- All virtual class sales are final.
- All virtual students will receive a recording of the class within 48 hours of the class.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
