Have fun this New Year's Eve and prepare an elegant French-inspired feast in this hands-on class!

Belgian Endive, Apple and Toasted Hazelnut Salad with Dijon Vinaigrette
French Onion Soup with Gruyere Crouton
Halibut en Papillote with Leeks, Fennel, Zucchini and Herb Compound Butter
Warm French Lentil Salad with Wilted Spinach and Roasted Cauliflower
Profiteroles with Chocolate Sauce and Ice Cream

In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.

During COVID-19, all classes have a three-day cancellation policy, except Culinary Boot Camps which have a two-week cancellation policy. You must email [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation, but please note the 15% service fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel within 72 hours (3 days), you will not receive a refund or credit for your class, but feel free to send a friend or family member in your place.

Please note: all virtual class sales are final. All virtual students will receive a recording of the class within 48 hours of the class.
