Winter is in the air – it’s the perfect time to learn the basics of making Italian Insalata (salad), Risotto and Crostata in our Cooking 101 series. Our Chef at La Scuola has created the perfect menu for a Sunday afternoon: Kale and Pecorino salad, Mushroom Risotto, and seasonal Crostata. Join us for this demonstration class where you will learn essential cooking techniques (Vinaigrette, Risotto, and Baking) and how to prepare a delicious meal meant to satisfy the hungriest appetite with the rich flavors of the season.
Your meal will be paired with complementary Italian wine. Class will be complete with recipes and wine tasting notes to take home.
If anyone under the age of 21 attends, we serve artisanal Italian sodas in lieu of wine or beer. Please notify us in advance for any dietary restrictions. If we are not notified ahead of time of any special needs, we may not be able to accommodate them.
