16 and older
In this new class format, sit around the table as our chef demonstrates how to create a simple, high-quality primo piatto, or "first course" dish. The first course in a traditional Italian meal is a starch-based dish such as pasta, polenta, risotto or soup.
Our chef will guide you through each step of the preparation a classic pasta or rice dish from start to finish – all while you sit back and sip on a perfectly-paired glass of Italiano vino! At the end of the demonstration, our chef will serve you a plate of your own so you can try the classic primo piatto. Plus, you'll take home our recipe so you can try it at home!
