What you'll learn in this healthy cooking class:
Foods containing good bacteria such as yogurt and kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha and pickles support the immune system through healthy digestion which ultimately leads to a happy and healthy lifestyle. Chopping Block chef, JC White, will teach you the differences in yogurt, the benefits of Kombucha and fermented beverages, and traditionally pickled goods vs. industrial pickled goods so you have the know-how to boost your gut health. After an informative lecture of how to add more gut-healing foods like pro- and prebiotics and plant fibers to your diet, you'll use a variety of gut-friendly foods to prepare an assortment of recipes that will treat your tummy to the good stuff!

This service fee will not be refunded and cannot be transferred in the case of any cancellation.
