What you'll learn in this healthy cooking class:

According to health activist Mike Adams, it can take up to 20 years for cancer cells to be detected by conventional medicine. Although genetic predisposition plays a role, diet, environmental and lifestyle factors account for approximately 90–95% of most chronic disease including cancer.

This class will cover the most common types of cancer—from breast and skin cancer to colon and prostate—along with the top superfoods for each. These crucial, wholesome foods help to kill and fight the spread of cancer cells, and boost the immune system. In addition, we’ll talk about cancer’s #1 worst enemy, and the power of an alkalizing diet for starving cancer cells, energizing the body and flushing toxins. You’ll also learn important lifestyle habits associated with a lower incidence of cancer.

This class includes:
