Learn to master healthy cooking with masala, a super spice mix that is a staple of Indian cuisine. One of our most popular classes!

Masala Dosa (GF): thin crepe stuffed with spiced potatoes and onions, served with chutney
Chana Masala (GF): a chickpeas-based, high-protein Indian dish and Arya Bhavan favorite
Masala Tea (GF): Indian spice tea

(GF) means the recipe are gluten-free or can be made gluten-free and you will be taught how to do so.

Note:
All classes are held at Arya Bhavan Restaurant and include instruction handouts, a cup of Indian tea and tastings of the recipes.

The instructor was very knowledge in Indian food preparation and recipes. The classes was interactive and sharing of information was great. We enjoyed a healthy version of Indian cuisine,with fresh ingredients at the end of the class.
