This was a great class! The chef was well prepared and everything we needed was available to us. The chef was friendly and encouraged us to ask questions. He explained how to make sticky rice, how to handle it and use to roll two different types of sushi. This class was perfect!

Very instructive class. Left full and happy, though it wasn't the most outstanding course I've attended. The chef seemed like a knowledgeable professional but was a bit unsure of himself on questions. I don't mind being pointed to google as a helpful resource, but that felt like the answer to 80% of questions...

Question from Haley H.
I am allergic to gluten and was wondering if there will be any contamination or if we will be learning to make tempura? Just want to confirm that I can eat what we are making. Thank you so much for your help.
Answer from Georgia C. CourseHorse Staff
Hi Haley! The class is gluten-free, you can check this link for the other dietary restrictions for your class https://prnt.sc/o289eh. You will learn to make your own three types of sushi rolls, tempura is not included. So there is no cross-contamination. Salmon is used in this class along with carrot, avocado, cucumber, and nori.
