What you'll learn in this cooking techniques class:

Move beyond the basics of baking a boring chicken breast and discover how easy it is to prepare chicken with amazing flavor any night of the week!

​This class will focus on fun ways that you can easily transform chicken into delicious and nutritious dishes using pantry staples in your home! Plus, you’ll learn why organic and pastured chicken is far superior to your health compared to commercial, factory-farmed products. Don’t wait—go from dry and bland to tender and tasty chicken dishes your family will love!

​Guests will enjoy our organic Cheesy Spice™ popcorn or Nourished Party Mix™ upon arrival. You’ll also receive a serving of each dish prepared. Available for purchase by the glass, we feature a variety of artisan wines from around the world which are biodynamic, sustainable or organically farmed.​

Seasonal Menu for the April 18 class:
  • Red chili, honey and ginger stir fry with pasture-raised chicken, spring peas, edamame and cashews topped with chopped scallions and black sesame seeds (GF, DF)
  • Cilantro- and lemon-infused, sprouted brown jasmine rice (GF, DF, VG, V)
