In this express class format, you will learn how to shape some of the most traditional pasta shapes from Italy (think: farfalle, cavatelli, tagliatelle, pappardelle, garganelli). Our chefs and pasta experts will be with you to show you how it's done, offer recipe ideas, and answer any of your pasta-related questions!
During class, you'll enjoy a glass of Italian Prosecco and you'll take home our recipe for fresh pasta dough so you can master your skills at home.
If anyone under the age of 21 attends, we serve artisanal Italian sodas in lieu of wine or beer. Please notify us in advance for any dietary restrictions. If we are not notified ahead of time of any special needs, we may not be able to accommodate them. All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government - issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
