What you'll learn in this knife skills class:
Kendall’s professionally certified chefs will teach you the proper way to handle and use the most important piece of equipment in the kitchen –your knife.
You will learn the basic cuts, including dice, julienne, mince and tournée, by practicing on fruits and vegetables. The class is ideal for any home chef who would like to become more efficient with their knives.
What to wear:
Participants should wear closed–toe non skid shoes and long pants in all hands-on workshops. Please avoid wearing loose jewelry and clothing. Kendall will provide safety instructions, but the College is not liable for personal injury.

A full refund will be issued for any class cancellation up to seven days prior to the class date. No exchanges will be given to cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the class date. If the same class is not listed for a later date, a refund can be issued.
