Join Chef Janet for an interactive cooking class where you’ll learn to make your own Asian-style dumplings from scratch. In this hands-on session, you’ll create fresh dough and delicious meat or vegetarian dumplings, along with a simple dipping sauce to enjoy with them.
Start by honing your knife skills as you chop fresh vegetables and, if desired, beef and pork for your potsticker filling. Then, Chef Janet will guide you through mixing and rolling the dough, followed by filling and folding the dumplings with ease. Once your dumplings are steamed or pan-fried, you'll make a quick citrus soy dipping sauce to pair with them. This fun, casual class is the perfect way to build new kitchen skills while having fun in a group setting.
