This class is designed for the amateur baker ready to take the next step in pizza. Have you been making pretty good pizzas, but want to take them to the next level?
This class gives you a better understanding of different pizza styles. Other topics covered in this full day class are dough chemistry and fundamental roles of your ingredient base. This course will give you the confidence to make great pies and leave you with a better understanding of classic Italian pizza.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
This is an all day class split up into a Theory portion along with Hands On Experience with dough, tomatoes and sauce ingredients hand stretching topping and baking.

We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account if you cancel after the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class.
We do our best to communicate to you during inclement weather. In the event we cancel a class for inclement weather - a full refund will be given.
