This 1 Day Pizza Class is the pizza class you have been looking for!
This class is designed for the amateur baker ready to take the next step in pizza. Have you been making pretty good pizzas, but want to take them to the next level?
This class gives you a better understanding of different pizza styles. Other topics covered in this full day class are dough chemistry and fundamental roles of your ingredient base.
This course will give you the confidence to make great pies and leave you with a better understanding of classic Italian pizza.
Your day will start in our classroom at 9AM, then move to the dough room and finish in our oven room, stretching topping and baking.
This is an all day class split up into a Theory portion along with Hands On Experience with dough, tomatoes and sauce ingredients hand stretching topping and baking.
Attire – you will receive t-shirt for class. Please write your size in the notes section when registering
Substitutions and Class Format
We reserve the right to substitute ingredients, menus, recipes, chefs and instructors. Unless noted otherwise, all of our classes are hands-on and participatory in style.
Our class size is limited and classes are structured to allow each student the opportunity to work closely with the chef in the preparation of dishes and to observe, up-close, the ingredients, tools and techniques used in the making of all dishes.
The exception to the hands-on format are classes labeled as “Demonstration” or “Demo” or “Lecture”.
