Hands-on Cooking: French Tarts

Classic French tarts can be sweet or savory. In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn how to prepare tender crusts that can be filled in a variety of ways. Featured recipes include leek and smoked salmon tart for a main course and a dark chocolate and pear tart for dessert.

What you'll learn in this pie class:
Grab your honey, best friend, or take yourself out on a date and join us to make warm and cozy chicken pot pies.
Participants will work in pairs to make flaky pie dough from scratch, then individually to assemble the pot pies. Learn tips and tricks for perfect pie crust every time!
Date Night classes include snacks and house wine. You are welcome to BYO wine and/or beer.
Allergens & dietary restrictions:
- All of our classes are peanut free, however, be aware that our facility does contain peanuts and tree nuts.
- All of our classes do include wheat and gluten.
- This class also includes dairy, eggs, and meat.
