Description
What you'll learn in this bread making class:
Build the foundation for baking and pastry and gain an understanding of the science and methods in baking and apply it in a hands-on setting. Participants will start with quick breads, scones and biscuits and then work with laminated dough and bread applications such as such as lean, fortified and yeast dough.
What to wear:
Participants should wear closed–toe non skid shoes and long pants in all hands-on workshops. Please avoid wearing loose jewelry and clothing. Kendall will provide safety instructions, but the College is not liable for personal injury.
