What you'll learn in this printmaking class:

Join Duffy O'Connor for a six-week course in the seductive intaglio technique of mezzotint. Learn to use the rocking tool, scraper and burnisher to produce beautiful, atmospheric prints!

Commitment is required; all students must purchase their own mezzotint rocker. Students are encouraged to purchase one through Takach Press.

Teens ages 15-17 may take the class either with a parent or with CPC permission.

Refund Policy
Tuition is refundable for group classes, minus a processing fee of $50 for each class dropped, if you notify us at least one week prior to the session start date. Students may opt to receive studio credit in lieu of a refund. Not attending class does not constitute an official withdrawal from courses or cancellation of tuition or fees. If you must drop a class or workshop after the deadline, no credit or refund will be given, except for documented medical reasons with physicians note.

Classes are cancelled when enrollment minimums are not reached. This may occur two to three days before the start date of a course. Classes are very rarely cancelled, but if a cancellation does occur, the student will receive a full refund.
