Why Do I Teach? Over the years, I’ve had coaches push me beyond my perceived limits. This taught me hard work and perseverance, not only in the gym and sports, but in the many challenges of life. Now I am fortunate enough to have the opportunity to teach, coach and pass along the knowledge and work ethic learned from my coaches and my experiences. I take great pride in helping people change their lives for the better.
