Visions Dance Academy

Cindy Barrett Kieffer woke up with a clear VISION back in 1998, her passion-fueled dreams soon became reality with the opening of Visions Dance Academy. Located in Stonecrest Shopping Center from 1998 until 2007, the highly successful studio not only became the home of some of Charlotte’s most passionate and talented dancers, it became the place to be if you were serious about your craft. Cindy, along with her daughters Raigan & Taylor and a STAFF of Excellence (ALL accomplished dancers), created a wonderful place for toddlers to teens to learn the art of dance, as well as a competition team which year after year came out on top at national competitions.  

Although the tap shoes were silent and the ballet barre empty, the burning desire to impart the love of dance to others never waned for Cindy and her daughters. After a lot of soul-searching and brainstorming, the dynamic trio made the decision to reopen Visions Dance in 2014. Inspired and energized, their dream deferred brought about a broader vision for their studio. 

Visions Dance Academy offers Beginner, Combination and Advanced Dance Classes consisting of Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, and Contemporary dance. All on Recreational and Competitive Levels.
