Leslie sees yoga as a practice to quiet the mind while physically caring for the body. She has been practicing yoga for over 10 years, primarily in Boston and Los Angeles. Leslie pursued teaching to share the intrinsic joy she feels after yoga. She completed a 40 hour teacher training studying under Bryan Kest, a Santa Monica-based instructor who pioneered the Power Yoga methodology. Juggling a full-time job at an ad agency and a part-time MBA program at Boston University, Leslie uses yoga as both meditation and exercise to holistically nourish both body and mind.
