Carolyn, also known as Cuda, was a standout-out three-sport varsity athlete at both Weymouth High School and later at Westfield State. Carolyn took to cycling as a great way to train during her off-season; the low impact, high intensity workout with fun, adrenalin-boosting music instantly had her hooked! As a certified instructor, Carolyn's goal is to provide her riders with that same intense, enjoyable experience that will have them pushing their limits and begging for more!
