The Boston native's background includes extensive work in catering and high-end restaurants and eateries, including as sous chef and executive chef. Chef Bill takes pride in training up and coming new chefs must-know kitchen skills and techniques to ensure they are successful, and he looks forward to teaching you something new, too!
