Brendan McCarthy

A senior vice president at Edelman’s New York corporate & public affairs practice. Brendan has more than 15 years of experience devising and executing strategic communications programs for companies including Samsung Electronics, eBay, Citigroup, Starbucks and many more. He spent over a year in Edelman’s New Delhi, India, office as part of the company’s Global Fellows program and has media trained more than 200 executives. Prior to joining Edelman, Brendan worked in Washington, D.C. for a public interest communications consultancy crafting advocacy programs for civil society organizations. He earned an M.S. in Global Affairs from New York University, and a B.S. from the University of Florida, where he graduated with high honors.
