The Handle Bar is Boston's premier indoor cycling studio offering 45 and 60 minute classes that challenge riders to an INTENSE and energized cardio workout. Weighted bars are used during each ride to incorporate upper body strength into the music driven, highly addictive cycling class. Riders vary from experienced cyclists to first-timers looking to spice-up (and amp-up) their fitness regiment. When a rider enters The Handle Bar, they are joining a community where self-betterment and enjoyment are as paramount as physical gains.

Directions:
The studio is located in the Macallen Building in South Boston, directly across the street from the Broadway stop on the MBTA Red Line. We're the corner unit, at the intersection of Dorchester Avenue and West 4th St. Broadway Station is also a stop for the 9, 11, and 47 bus routes. Parking is limited but there are a few 2 hour spots in front of the studio. If you don't mind a short walk, there is ample parking further down Dorchester Avenue.
