Alloy Fitness believes that a high-intensity program featuring HardStyle Kettlebell Training (www.strongfirst.com), cardio and mobility training is the best way to help people achieve their fitness goals. Our experienced trainers execute our program intended to push you outside of your comfort zone. You’re going to work harder than you ever have before but it will be in a safe and fun environment. Our members come to us with a diverse set of goals – whether that be PR’ing a marathon, ripping up a mountain bike trail or simply having the energy to keep up with their kids – and our unique classes help them transform themselves into the person they want to be.

Alloy utilizes strength training with Kettlebells, premium equipment including WaterRowers, TRX Suspension Systems and the only RealRyder indoor cycling bikes on the South Shore to create unique classes that combine strength, cardio and flexibility. Alloy’s knowledgeable trainers teach high-intensity classes that help members get stronger, torch calories and avoid injuries.
