This is an intermediate cake decorating class. Students will level, stack and crumb-coat theri 6 inch round layer cakes, then make and apply the chocolate ganache drip, and finish with buttercream rosettes. Please bring an empty container to transport your cake home at the end of class.
Student will learn basic knife skills and kitchen etiquette as well as lots of delicious recipes. Each class is hands-on and runs for two hours. There will be plenty food to eat or take home, or both. Classes range from sushi-making to cake decorating with fondant, and follow the seasons so that we make fondue in winter and ice cream in Spring.
