Classes start with warm up movements and breath awareness to prepare you for yoga postures. The heart of each class is a sequence of postures that stretch, strengthen, and balance your body. Each class ends with deep relaxation and meditation. Class levels range from gentle to vigorous.
FusionFIT is a fusion workout of low impact toning, pilates and yoga. We will be begin class with a standing series focusing on toning our arms with light weights, we will then move to the floor for Pilates mat work and end with a gentle yoga stretch. 1-3lb weights are recommended for this workout.
