Give your body a much need stretch, but with a sensual & feminine element! Class features candles, sensual music & low lights. Stretches for splits are practiced at the end of each class.
Wear/Bring: Comfortable clothing: yoga pants, joggers, long socks, comfy tee, sweater or tank.
Please Note:
Students can benefit from bringing a bag with an extra pair of shorts, leggings, a spare t-shirt or tank top, bottle water, hand towel for those really tough workouts, hair tie, socks, knee-pads and heels (heels not required, however fun to wear in certain classes such as pole dance classes).
Students are required to cancel within 1 hour of class start time, please contact Coursehorse at [email protected] or 212-729-4088, if they are unable to make a class session.
There are no refunds.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
