BASIC BELLY DANCE TECHNIQUE
Basic Belly Dance technique is a pay-as-you-go belly dance class that is similar to the ShimmyFit classes, but more emphasis and time are spent on drilling basic belly dance moves. These technique drop in classes also include the easy-to-follow-along dances designed to work up a sweat while maintaining our fabulous-ness! These classes are great for getting a head to toe workout, sweating, & having a really good time
How is this Drop-In class different from the ShimmyFit Drop-In class?
The Basic Belly Dance Technique Drop-In class is a Mash up of ShimmyFit & a Beginner Technique Course. For the first part of the class (approximately 20 minutes) you will learn and drill basic belly dance moves w/ your teacher. You will learn by doing & drilling the moves. After the Technique drilling section of the class, you will put the moves you've learned into a number of sassy, fun & energetic Follow-the-Leader dances w/ your instructor leading you and cheering you on. This format gives you a Drop-In class in which you can drill basic technique AND get a fun & fab cardio workout. It's the best of both worlds!
If you cannot attend a class, we can switch you before week 2. You can also receive a refund, minus any class and/or processing fees, BUT you MUST ask for that refund BEFORE the second class of that course. This means that you have 7 days to make the decision. No refunds or exchange services are given after the second week of classes started. Period.
If you want to switch classes you may do so at the instructor's discretion and subject to availability, but again you must ask to do this BEFORE the second week of classes. After that, you will not be able to switch.
Unless we cancel the workshop, there is no refund for workshops. You can sell and transfer your registration to another student, and if we have a waiting list, we are glad to help you find a purchaser.
There will be a processing charge of $10.00 per course, if you decide for whatever reason that you cannot attend the class or any others for which you have pre-registered.
In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
