Combine great food with a fun atmosphere in this hands-on cooking class. "Cooking Vegan Caribbean-Fusion Foods". You’ll get to learn valuable new kitchen skills, master impressive recipes, and spend some time cooking alongside Chef Patricia.
No cooking experience is needed to enjoy this beginner-friendly class. Just bring your friends, a big appetite, and a great attitude — the chef will provide the rest!
Infuse a bit of the Caribbean into these recipes during this hands-on cooking class. Chef Patricia will teach you how to get a taste of the islands using plant-based ingredients to create a one-of-a-kind meal.
To begin, Chef Patricia will teach you the art of making a spring roll using jackfruit flavored with red cabbage and fiery seasonings. Then learn how to turn zucchini into pasta smothered in a hearty, savory sauce. For dessert, you'll make tantalizing salted caramel shortbread cookies topped off with a luxurious chocolate drizzle.
