Join Chef Megan as she shares her expertise on preparing a perfectly fun and healthy dinner party menu. In this in-person cooking class, you'll learn how to impress your guests with recipes such as a creamy black bean hummus and a seasonal salad with arugula, goat cheese and roasted walnut vinaigrette. Your main course is a savory roasted wild salmon served with signature quinoa with avocado, scallions and tomatoes. Finish off this savory meal with a sweet blueberry delight topped with walnuts and honey.
