Combine great food with a fun atmosphere in this hands-on cooking class. "Create a Vegan Italian Feast". You’ll get to learn valuable new kitchen skills, master impressive recipes, and spend some time cooking alongside Chef Patricia. 

No cooking experience is needed to enjoy this beginner-friendly class. Just bring your friends, a big appetite, and a great attitude — the chef will provide the rest!

Craft a classic Italian meal with a vegan twist in this engaging cooking class led by Chef Patricia. You'll get a tour of Old World Italian using hearty plant-based recipes.


To start, you'll make a refreshing green salad with avocado and spinach and drizzled with a sweet and tangy honey-lime dressing. Then use vegan sausage, red onion, and basil to make a savory crostini piled high on toasted bread. For the main course, learn to make fresh linguine pasta to serve in a creamy roasted tomato and spinach sauce. Indulge in a vegan cheesecake parfait with a crumbly graham cracker crust and sweet berries on top for dessert.

Tossed Green Salad With Beet Vinaigrette

  • However, you will be billed for the full amount if you cancel less than 3 business days before an event.

In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
