Purchased this class for my partner and I for his birthday. Was such a fun and professional experience! Chef Cregg made the room feel comfortable and low stakes, even though sushi feels like a food that could be really tricky to make at home. He also made the class educational, without coming close to the territory of ever feeling boring at all. Ingredients were fresh and the playlist was great! Would definitely recommend. -

Had the most incredible time! The teacher was extremely knowledgable and I got to learn about all the steps in depth and had the teacher's whole attention to pep talk me through each step. Got to dye the leather and stamp a design! A much more rewarding experience than slapping together some metal and leather. We learned how to make fresh fettuccine and spaghetti from scratch, and she even treated us to a delicious dessert and coffee afterward. You can truly feel her passion for cooking, and I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun and authentic Italian cooking experience.
