This class is an awesome way to release and heal blocked energy of the body, mind and spirit.

The Chakras are 7 energy centers of spiritual power. Each Chakra has a sound, color and emotion
Reiki is a hands-on healing modality which moves through the chakras
Reiki activates the natural healing processes of the body and restores physical and emotional well-being
Experience a gently powerful yoga class to open the chakras
Enjoy a beautiful Chakra meditation
Feel the wonderful effects of a mini Reiki session

No yoga experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothing, empty stomach.

Bring: A yoga mat & eye pillow.

The room will not be hot for this event.

Cancellations made at least 2 business days in advance of the class will be honored with a refund less 5% cancellation fee.
Students who cancel less than 2 business days prior to the start time of the class will receive a credit towards a future class.

In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
