This slow moving basic vinyasa flow is focused on opening and leading with the heart, connecting with the earth and bringing awareness into the different energies we are tuning up.
All yoga classes will be well rounded and focus on the aspects of breath, balance, strength, flexibility and alignment.

During each class you will be guided through a restorative asana practice that prepares the body for pranayama. During this series we will be practicing the following pranayama breaths: ujjayi, viloma, bhramari, anuloma, pratiloma, nadi sodhana, and kapalabhati.
